    The motorized lab jack is driven by ball screw, which has high load capacity, greatly reduced return clearance, and higher movement accuracy and positioning accuracy. The main material is high-quality stainless steel, guided by four linear bearing guides to ensure smooth operation during high load movement. There are three specifications for the product travel range: 6mm/8mm/10mm, which can meet most travel requirements.     Troubleshooting policy of motorized lab jack


    1. If the motor and mechanism are hit by external force, please check whether the smoothness of the screw will affect the operation of the sliding table.


    2. Do not arbitrarily adjust the left and right limit positions and the original position to avoid impact and affect the warranty.


    3. The cable and socket of limit switch shall be firm to prevent loosening.


    4. Do not loosen the coupling and transmission structure at will to avoid affecting the accuracy and warranty.


    5. In case of any abnormal noise and vibration during the operation of the machine, please cut off the power before checking.
