Original position and limit switches at both ends which can supply the precision positioning and protection.
Product features:
■ the stepper motor is equipped with 9-pin interface as standard, which can be automatically controlled by the company's motion controller
■ imported precision ball screw drive, good repeated positioning accuracy and team positioning accuracy, small axial clearance and long service life
■ anti loosening and anti shaft channeling structure can effectively prevent screw loosening and axial channeling, effectively ensure repeated positioning accuracy and absolute positioning accuracy, especially suitable for high-speed reciprocating use
■ the guide rail adopts precision linear bearing guide rail (supported at both ends and suspended in the middle), with small load, which is suitable for uniaxial scientific test and has good vertical effect
■ the reasonable adjustment and fixing mode of guide rail improves the installation accuracy of guide rail, straightness and parallelism of movement and comfort of movement
■ stepper motor and ball screw are connected through high-quality elastic coupling, with good depolarization performance, reduced eccentric disturbance and low noise
